When you choose Pebblefish Events to help with your wedding planning we will be there to listen, advise and support in whatever way we can from budget set-up and venue sourcing through to on-the-day coordination and clear up. 

While we have planned wedding in less than six weeks before, we understand making big decisions quickly isn’t for everyone, so we will build a planning schedule that works for you. Life is busy and we know you have other demands on your time, so we take it at a pace that suits you.

Our full planning service is our most comprehensive service plan where we are with you every step of the way, from our initial consultation meeting right through to any post-wedding details.

We will work with you on the concept, the budgeting, the venue, the event design and supplier sourcing. We can even build your wedding or event website and manage RSVPs and guests’ dietary requirements.

We will source and manage your suppliers and event plan in line with your requirements and we will also be there for wedding or event set-up and on-the-day co-ordination ensuring everything flows exactly as you planned it.

Rest assured, our full planning option is not about us wrestling control from you. As with all Pebblefish service options this is about us helping you plan your wedding and  event, the way you imagined it.
