At this point, everything is booked and you’re feeling pretty confident that all is in hand, but it wouldn’t do any harm to work through your event schedule with someone…..just in case.

Perhaps you’ve been let down last minute and need that extra bit of support to fill a gap or two.

Or to be safe, it may be a good idea to run through some risk analysis and have a plan B option on standby for the day itself. Even the best planned events can suffer from unforeseen circumstances so being prepared with a few back-up options will always bring you added reassurance and that much needed last-minute peace of mind.

Final Weeks Ramp Up

So, a few weeks to go and things have been going well, but it’s now beginning to feel a little too real.

Maybe some anxiety is setting in and you would love to take a step back and just focus on looking forward to and enjoying your event.

No problem, we can easily pick things up from here.

We will review where you are up to and take over any of those last-minute tasks you haven’t quite gotten around to. Been avoiding something? We won’t judge!!!

We’ll liaise with your suppliers, becoming their new point of contact and continue to keep you fully updated.

On The Day Coordination

OK, so, maybe this one is kind of self-explanatory, but just to be clear, we don’t just turn up. We always like to be prepared, so we’ll still need a few days to catch up.

Allowing Pebblefish to be your co-ordinator on the day is a great decision. Why put so much effort into making this event happen then not take every opportunity to enjoy it?

We’ll finalise your event schedule, confirm final details with your venue and suppliers, be there to oversee set-up and co-ordinate all on the day activities in accordance with your wishes.

We’ll even ensure the cleaning up is done!
