In the same way Pebblefish can be there at the start of your event planning journey, we can also be there for you as your wedding date gets closer with our Final Weeks Health Check service.
At this point, most things are booked and you’re feeling pretty confident that all is in hand, but it wouldn’t do any harm to work through your wedding plans with someone…..just in case.
As part of our Final Weeks Health Check we will work through your plans with you and take over any of those last-minute tasks you haven’t quite gotten around to.
Been avoiding something? We won’t judge!!!
We’ll liaise with your suppliers, becoming their new point of contact and continue to keep you fully updated.
We’ll then hand over all information to your venue to ensure they are fully updated ahead of your big day.
And if you decide you need us, we can also be there on the day.

Here we go, our ever popular on-the-day coordination package.
We may be biased, but allowing Pebblefish Events to be your on-the-day wedding coordinator is a decision you’ll never regret.
Whether you have always planned to have a coordinator with you or you’re perhaps only now in the run up to your wedding starting to consider it, we’re just absolutely thrilled to be invited.
You’ve put so much hard work into planning your wedding, now is the time to take a step back and enjoy those last few weeks stress-free.
2 – 3 months out we’ll arrange a catch up to discuss your wedding plans so far and say a quick hello to your supplier team.
We’ll arrange a venue visit and provide you with floor plans for your room set-ups.
We’ll finalise your on-the-day timings, confirm final details with your venue and suppliers and be there to oversee room set-ups, supplier arrivals, we’ll take care of your guests and co-ordinate all on-the-day activities in accordance with your wishes.
Most importantly, we’re there for you.
