We may be biased, but allowing Pebblefish Events to be your on-the-day wedding coordinator is a decision you’ll never regret.

Whether you have always planned to have a coordinator with you or you’re perhaps only now in the run up to your wedding starting to consider it, we’re just absolutely  thrilled to be invited.

You’ve put so much hard work into planning your wedding, now is the time to take a step back and enjoy those last few weeks stress-free.

So what can you expect?

• 2 – 3 months out we’ll arrange a catch up to discuss your wedding plans so far and say a quick hello to your supplier team.
• We will arrange a venue visit and provide you with floor plans for your room set-ups.
• We will finalise your on-the-day timings, confirm final details with your venue and suppliers and provide you with your own on-the-day pack
• And of course, we will be there on-the-day to oversee room set-ups, supplier arrivals and departures
• We will take care of your guests and co-ordinate all of on-the-day activities in accordance with your wishes and timings.
• Most importantly, we’re there for you.
