Everyday Pebblefish publishes an inspiration board for the Pantone Colour Of The Day……yep that is an actual thing. Go on, check it out for yourself here.

Sometimes the colours are a joy, sometimes not so great, others simply inexplicable. We don’t get to choose them, however we do accept the challenge.

We try to make the content on these boards truly different, whether it be by event type, décor, food, fashion, flowers, lighting, venue……you get the picture.

However our main inspiration in putting these boards together, is to inspire you.

We publish on our social media channels every day at 2pm, so please follow, like, get in touch and let us know what you think.

July 22nd – Pantone 14-0226  Opaline Green

We wrote a few days ago about the frequent use of lime green, in its many hues, in today’s corporate office space. So when Pantone published Opaline Green as its colour of the day we decided to take a closer look at some of the ways companies choose this colour in order to set tones and create environment.

So, whether interior designers feel this colour to be welcoming and relaxing in a reception, non-distracting and efficient in open plan offices or calming and non-threatening in break-out areas, it has definitely become a corporate favourite.

And as businesses increasingly encourage more face to face interaction among colleagues, endeavoring to reduce internal email and messaging, there’s the wonderful world of hubs and pods which is a whole other level of fun…..
