Everyday Pebblefish publishes an inspiration board for the Pantone Colour Of The Day……yep that is an actual thing. Go on, check it out for yourself here.
Sometimes the colours are a joy, sometimes not so great, others simply inexplicable. We don’t get to choose them, however we do accept the challenge.
We try to make the content on these boards truly different, whether it be by event type, décor, food, fashion, flowers, lighting, venue……you get the picture.
However our main inspiration in putting these boards together, is to inspire you.

You know we can never get enough of Pretty in Pink weddings.
They work on so may levels and they can photograph amazingly well.
I’ve been to many Pretty in Pink DIY weddings which have looked stunning because not only is there is so much choice, but they are so adaptable and with a huge range of resources available for research and development, the pretty in pink wedding continues to re-invent itself, finding new fans along the way.
Ok, so maybe they’re not for everyone.
Look, we know grooms especially can’t hide their initial disapproval when pink is suggested by their partner for their
wedding palette. But once we get the pantone book out and start finding more acceptable tones and colour pairings, then suddenly, pink it is and pretty it will be.
Today’s blog isn’t so much about pretty in pink as is appears in our board, this is about being open minded and not being closed off to ideas. If after a full and at times frank discussion the answer is still no, then we move on. Just don’t rush it off…..this one’s a keeper.
